Performance-based Coaching Program Launched by ADM

Agribusiness and agricultural commodity giant Archer Daniels Midland has launched an innovative new performance-based coaching program to 6,000 of their managers who collectively supervise 30,000 employees around the globe. ADM's long term goal is to possibly replace annual performance reviews with a robust coaching program while their short-range goal is to enhance their bottom line through efficiency gains and cost reductions.
