The QualiFind Group is named to the Forbes' Top Recruiting Firms List for the Fourth Consecutive Year!
The QualiFind Group is proud to announce being ranked on Forbes Best Recruiting Firms List for 2020 which is the fourth consecutive year of making the list.
Forbes partners with market research firm Statista to survey employer hiring managers, HR leaders, candidates and recruiters to determine the top 250 professional recruitment firms. The QualiFind Group's specialization in securing talent at the technical / specialist to managerial level is within the scope of the Forbes survey of Professional Recruiting Firms.
To determine which recruitment firms made the list, Statista conducted a comprehensive survey of 30,000 human resource managers, candidates and recruiters. The survey participants were asked to name up to 10 professional recruiting firms and 10 executive search firms without nominating themselves. From more than 17,000 nominations, the firms with the most nominations made the list.
The QualiFind Group’s sister firm – The ExeQfind Group was nominated and ranked in the Forbes Best Executive Search Firms List for 2020 for the fourth consecutive year.
The QualiFind Group´s senior managing partner – Carlos Acosta states, “We are especially proud of this nomination considering the various downturns and economic disruptions we have weathered and overcome since our founding in 1999. Despite the current C-19 pandemic, our clients are still consistently turning to us for our market knowledge and expertise to find the key talent they need. Rumors of the search industry being dead are proven wrong. In fact it´s thriving. We predict certain sectors in North America will have a strong rebound. Some organizations are using the pandemic slow down to re-evaluate management performance and are making changes to be better prepared for the post-pandemic economy.”
The QualiFind Group´s leading reputation for leveraging the latest in technology and recruitment best practices to serve clients is also a contributing factor to remaining on the list for four consecutive years. Carlos gives credit to QualiFind’s membership in IRC Global Search Partners (www.ircsearchpartners.com) for being on the leading edge of best practices.
As the IRC’s Industrial / Manufacturing practice leader for the Americas, Carlos benefits from constant interaction with leading recruiting firms around the world. From video conferencing to the twice-a-year face-to-face meetings, Carlos gleans the benefits of seeing what works and what doesn’t in the world of recruiting and retention and has been one of the earlier adopters of more efficient recruitment processes.
Additionally relevant was the fact that all six of the US-based IRC member firms were also ranked by Forbes among the Top Search and Recruiting Firms in America. Senior Managing Partner – Warren Carter stated, “Having all of our fellow US partners nominated by this collective group of 30,000 survey participants and then subsequently ranked by Forbes is a true measure of the reputation and depth of expertise of the company we keep.”
Carlos goes on to cite how the current pandemic has forced QualiFind to be even more responsive in how client hiring managers are served from remote offices and in various time zones around the world. “We are evolving to be even more responsive to constant change. Our clients face change on an unprecedented scale and we realize our long term survival is incumbent on our ability to respond to their need for talent – when and where they need people.”
