The QualiFind Group partners - Warren Carter and Carlos Acosta recently attended the Americas Regional Meeting of IRC Global Executive Search Partners in Miami. While there, IRC hosted an Executive Leadership Roundtable with leaders from both public and private organizations to solicit their insights into what's needed to effectively lead amid disruption, digitization and uncertainty.
Nine IRC member firms from both North and South America participated in the two hour roundtable dialogue with leaders from such organizations as Baxter International, NBC Universal Media, Teva Pharmaceuticals, IBM and Swarovski; among others.
The participating leaders joined with IRC partners in four different roundtable formats to engage in open dialogue on strategies for collaboration within constant change, managing risk and business competition when uncertainty is the norm. The dialogue was further enhanced by the gender, cultural and generational diversity within the group of participants and members.
