Our senior managing partner – Carlos Acosta has been tapped to be the Americas Regional Leader for IRC Global Executive Search Partners. Carlos will be leveraging a 20+ year career in search and recruitment, an extensive network and deep experience in the US and Latin America. His bilingual and bicultural background are expected to be a great asset in advancing member presence and interests in both North and South America.
Carlos has a well-established reputation for being a go-to resource for technical and professional recruitment within the industrial and agribusiness sectors of both the US and Mexico. He has effectively partnered with both domestic and multinational organizations in both key talent search as well as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) support. Carlos’s experience in Mexico’s maquiladora recruitment led to him being previously named as the Americas Leader for IRC’s Industrial / Manufacturing Practice Group.
Surprised but pleased by his nomination, Carlos stated, “I have thoroughly enjoyed my career in search and recruitment and the great relationships I’ve formed with our IRC partners around the world have made it even more special. I am honored at being selected for this role. I’m looking forward to moving past this COVID pandemic and supporting the advancement of our presence in the Americas as a resource for client organizations everywhere.”
Carlos is expected to lead an agenda that includes enhancing the sharing of best practices, developing thought leadership, both in-person and virtual meetings, increasing our bench strength in recruiters and search consultants and promoting the IRC brand.
