The QualiFind Group has been engaged by Solar Edge to support recruitment and talent acquisition for the new greenfield.
The Qualifind Group has been engaged to support the specialist to managerial level talent acquisition for a new manufacturing start-up in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
The new greenfield will be launched by Solar Edge which is an Israeli-based manufacturer of power optimizers, solar inverters and monitoring systems for photovoltaic arrays.
The QualiFind Group will be recruiting a broad range of technical and functional specialists to managerial level roles in such areas as engineering, human resources, manufacturing, operations, logistics, distribution, trade compliance and accounting / finance. The project is expected to take approximately 18 months.
The QualiFind Group has a long history of supporting greenfield startups throughout Mexico via a comprehensive project-oriented approach.
