Warren Carter leads our retained executive search practice – The ExeQfind Group.
Warren brings more than 23 years of progressively responsible experience in search within agribusiness, food processing, industrial / manufacturing and professional services. Prior to his career in search, Warren held sales leadership roles in economic development and the logistics industry. He is also a veteran of the US Navy.
Warren is a member of the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and is the Americas practice leader of IRC’s Global Agribusiness/Agriscience Practice Group.
Warren is a Certified Diversity Recruiter and has a Bachelors degree in Human Services from Hawaii Pacific University.
