Operations are set to start during the first trimester of 2017
The Maquiladora Association A.C. (AMAC- INDEX Juarez) announced that this year will start out with 12 new investment projects and the expansion of companies established in town.
Jose Yarahuan Galindo, President of AMAC-INDEX Juarez, said that the work plans of manufacturing corporations are very advanced and he assured that operations are set to start during the first trimester of 2017.
However, Yarahuan Galindo said that these funds will arrive in the middle of a 6,000 workers shortage, which could worsen with the new plans for the first trimester of the year.
