The automaker Audi still hasn't seen a sales growth rate of the industry in Mexico, since two vehicles of volume, the A1 and Q3 SUV will go through a renewal process.

During an interview at the World Economic Forum on Latin America, Walter Hanek, Managing Director of Audi De Mexico said they finished the month of April 2015 with three consecutive years of growth month to month; however, group's sales have not yet grown to the industry level.

"We're doing well, although we are not growing at the levels that we see in the industry because we have two volume models that are in the process of renewal, the A1 and the A1 Sportback, which we're doing this month," he said while noting that the Q3 SUV  will also go through a similar process.

"We have two cars of volume that are about to out of the market, waiting to start with the new ones," he added.

The executive noted that las February they already renewed the Q6 and Q7, while the new TT will arrive between June and July to Mexico, and added that at the end of the year they will bring a whole new Q7.

FINANCING WITH GOOD RESPONSE

On the financing scheme the automotive offers to customers, Hanek said that the channel called Leasing has been well received in Mexico.

"We are working very well together with our financial- and see another road opening for Mexico- Audi Leasing, where we're seeing double digit growth month-by-moth" he said.

On the new Audi plant in Mexico under construction in San Jose Chiapa, Puebla, the Executive said it's on time to start operations in 2016, with the assembly of the Q5 SUV.

He stressed that the call to work at the plant has been successful, adding they have already hired around a thousand employees who are being trained in Germany.
